• Florida taxes are extra currently at 13%
•  A cleaning fee of  $106 applies to all rentals     
• Optional:
• a) Pool heat of $25/day                                                                                             b)*BBQ Gas grill or Baby items: cribs, cots, play pens are available from management comapny at a cost of  $65 per item, per week plus tax*
• $250  deposit required within 24 hours to hold reservation
• Balance due 30 days prior to arrival
• Guests agree to pay the rate agreed upon the date the home was booked, no future specials or discounts will apply.
  Cancellations Policy:
  Prior to 60 days $200 refund. After 59 days the $250 is non-refundable.      No shows shall be charged the amount of  full fee.  In case of emergency we will do our best to find suitable dates for all our guests.                
   If the Property becomes unavailable due to damage from unforeseen events the Management agrees to refund the full amount paid at the date of cancellation, and Guests agree to release any claims against Management
• Please Do Not remove any items are removed from the property, the cc will be charged for missing or damaged items. Please notify the management company and us immediately if any items listing on the details page are missing.
  
• Maximum occupancy is 10 adults plus 2 children 
• Long term rentals available upon request at 5% discount
